As a member of the Bernick's Team, a Territory Manager is responsible for management, planning, and administration of sales and customer relationships with each account in a designated territory. Territory Managers share their knowledge of sales by coaching and mentoring a team of great sales professionals, leading the charge on new brands and products throughout our beverage portfolio. This position is a key role to growing our success in area markets by providing sales leadership and assistance throughout all levels of the Sales Team.


Territory Managers, provide first class customer service, anticipate customer needs, and resolve any customer concerns. In order to meet our Bernick’s execution standards, Territory Managers monitor schedules and focus on the level of service being provided to each customer account, which includes sales of new items, displays, and POS placements.


Strong Candidates have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and/or related field required
  • 3-5+ years of Sales Management Experience required
  • Knowledge of the Food & Beverage industry preferred
  • New Business Development Experience preferred
  • Strong Technical and Computer Skills preferred
